Award Winning Remodel

I first met Paul on the recommendation of a friend for whom he’d done a whole house remodel; she had nothing but great things to say about him. From our very first meeting, my experience with him has been just as phenomenal. I have to say that he is truly an anomaly in a field that is so often marred by horror stories–of crews not showing up, disappearing altogether, or just doing poor work. Paul and his crew were nothing but stellar. Inevitably small things will go wrong when you’re doing home improvements, but they always took pains to fix them. I myself am a detail oriented perfectionist (My husband will attest enough to make anyone crazy). Paul, rather than being annoyed, was right there with me, happy to discuss the minutiae and noodle out designs on the fly. He’s personable, professional, talented and conscientious and makes sure his employees live up to those same standards. His work is impeccable and the improvements he made on our house (our whole house!) won an award and will be featured in a national magazine next year. Exceeded Our Expectations

We have completed two major projects at our home with Paul and the team at Wisdom Properties and they have exceeded our expectations on both of them. The items that everyone is concerned about when starting project of this scope and size like: budget control, dates, quality of the materials and labor, clean up around the project and a professional interaction with the crews onsite were never items we had to deal with. Communications about the status of projects where outstanding as a result of full time on-site project manager.

Complete Confidence

Over the past several years we have completed two substantial home/property renovations with Wisdom Properties. In 2007 we worked with Paul and his team as the General contractor on a complete outdoor living area, pool, fireplaces, elevated terrace/roof structure, landscape and complete updating of our house, including the relocation of our driveway and a new look to the front of our home, it was a complex project with a compressed schedule and Wisdom Properties pulled it off with expertise rarely found in the remodeling/contracting industry. Wisdom Properties provided a site project manager (Jason) who is always quick to respond to anything that comes up-this was very valuable to us. We recently completed the build-out of our terrace level with the addition of a media room/bar and bathrooms.
